Weekly home checks
Inside and out, every week: heat, water, roof, doors and appliances. A timestamped photo report reaches you the same day.
Storm and freeze checks
Extra visits after heavy snow, power outages and deep freezes, when pipes and ice dams do the most damage.
Stored vehicle care
Cars started and driven every two weeks, battery tenders kept on, tire pressure checked, odometer photographed before and after.
Vendor coordination
Plumbers, HVAC, snow removal, housekeepers, hot tub service and detailers, scheduled, let in and checked on.
Arrival and departure
The house warm, the water on and the lights set before you land. A full walkthrough and closeout after you leave.
Emergency response
On site within four hours for active problems like water, no heat or an alarm, from 7am to 10pm.

The plan
One plan. Everything included.
No tiers and no surprise invoices. Billing runs automatically on the first of each month. In town for a while? House checks can pause while you're here, or keep running if you'd like. Everything else continues either way.

Who has my keys and codes?
Keys are labeled with a code, never your name or address, and kept locked when not in use. Alarm and door codes are stored securely and never shared.
What happens if something goes wrong?
You get a call right away with photos. We're on site within four hours from 7am to 10pm, bring in the right vendor, and keep you updated until it's resolved. Vendors bill you directly, so there are no markups.
Which cars are included?
Up to two stored vehicles are included: started and driven every two weeks, battery tenders on, tire pressure checked, odometer photographed. Additional vehicles are $50 a month each.
What if I'm in town?
House checks can pause while you're here, or keep running if you'd like. Vehicle care, vendors and everything else continue either way.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. There's no long-term contract. The plan runs month to month and needs 30 days notice to end.
Will photos of my home be shared?
Never. Photo reports go only to you, and nothing about your home or vehicles is ever posted or shared.
